The door of meeting room #19 opened with a bang.
A laptop and a mess of papers landed on the table as Zam took a seat across from Jango. The sound of typing ceased.
Zam cleared her throat, waiting for him to look up from the computer.
“Are you ready to work on the project?”
At that, he looked at her. Well, he probably looked at her. She couldn’t tell under the helmet.
“I was wondering the same thing.”
Was he… teasing her?
“Yeah, I’m ready.”
“Good. I’ve compiled a list of the company’s achievements under Invisible Hand funding, things to add to the presentation. What have you come up with?”
Zam blinked a few times. How did he even access that? She’d have to ask her supervisor for more access to company records.
“I made a template for the presentation itself. You know, the PowerPoint.”
“I know what you mean.”
Zam nodded. She wondered if it’d kill him to show any emotion. Maybe it would, based on how he was acting.
“I could share it with you. So we could work on it together.”
“Sure.”
As the conversation progressed, she began to get mad at his lack of commitment to any idea. He hadn’t even suggested anything.
Zam sighed as she clicked ‘send’. After the window disappeared, the front page of the presentation took up her screen.
The first slide that she’d made as a joke seemed to stare up at her. She heard a sort of surprised grunt from the other side of the table, and knew Jango had already seen it.
The slide promptly disappeared from the deck. At least he didn’t say anything about it.
A bulleted list slowly appeared on the following slide, the words appearing as they were typed.
“These are the achievements I found impressive. You can add more if you’d like.”
“I don’t have the same clearance as you.”
For the first time, it seemed that Jango’s attention was fully on her.
“What?”
“Yeah, I can’t access what you can.”
He reached across the table to grab one of Zam’s sticky notes and scribbled something down.
“This is my login information.”
He passed it back to her.
“Use it to get into the locked files for now. I’m going to get you unlimited access.”
He closed his laptop and stood up.
“Don’t wait for me. See you tomorrow.”
With that, he picked up his computer and walked away.

Do you think they named Vizsla after the type of dog . I can’t find anything about the dog that connects to him at all but do you think one of the comic writers had a bad experience with a vizsla dog and figured that they’d name an evil character after it

This edit is the one I was especially worried about for being too repetitive , like ‘ oh great Jango’s posting another Star Wars Bounty Hunter edit ’ , you know ? There are just so many thoughts that I have about Star Wars Bounty Hunter … anyway I think the song suits Jango because if he’d been there for Roz she wouldn’t have been hurt , and it traces back to if he’d been there for Jaster , if he’d been stronger for his parents , etc
