ATDS...my WonMoment. Anytime I want to get into a state of high peak performance, I relive my WonMoment. Nervous and being scared, I started my Championship pregame pitching warm up routine. My dad walks up to me and writes down on the inside of my wrist, "ATDS" "Dad, what's this?" "You're Austin The Demon Slayer...ATDS." I instantly lit up and felt like a new different child that can accomplish anything. I approached the mound and before every windup I looked at my wrist saw ATDS, closed my eyes and visualized me throwing a dagger [ie baseball] and it would pierce a demons heart [ie strike zone catchers mitt] I had quite the imagination when I was little as most of us did. Get into that imagination mode and mind to visualize, feel, what you heard, how you were standing what you noticed. Get in depth! Anyways, I did this during this game and had the best game of my life. 13 strikeouts, held them to no runs scored and also scored our winning run. I was literally living my WonLifestyle! Afterwards, I got the game ball which was the only game ball that I had received. Still have it to this do with all my team buddies signatures. I use this WonMoment to change my way of being to be congruent with the person who God has called me to become. Use this simple exercise to instantly change your state!
