As the night progresses, some men find they have to go home - either due to unexpected work commitments the following day, or nagging wives and girlfriends. One of our guys has an annoying boyfriend, who wasn't invited to the Buzzathon weekend because he drinks too much and becomes embarrassing, or at least that was the excuse given. His partner has switched off his phone and is ignoring him right now.

Meanwhile inside the house, Alan and his new soulmate, Arkie, are sharing an intimate and private conversation...

"Al," says Arkie, "aren't they Benji's shorts?"

"No, they're Ben's. I found them in his closet next to his thongs. Arkie, I really need to show you something - something I'm kind of ashamed of. If word gets out about it I doubt I'll stand a chance of becoming Mr. January."

"This sounds important."

"It is, Arkie. It's as important as the sweat rag I gave you to wear."
