Based on the fact that Pluto is and always has been a planet but people are trying to strip Pluto of its planet title, say it's "not a planet" because it's too small, doesn't look like a planet, etc.

Only identifying as "non-binary" because it makes it easier to explain to people who wouldn't understand your true gender, only being "non-binary" for safety reasons, or your gender feels like a fake, false, made up enby!

Fauxtygender - A label for when you're a certain gender for safety reasons, don't want to explain your true gender identity to someone you know will not understand it, you've came out as a certain gender long ago and it has since changed but you don't want to go through the trouble of having to come out again, you enjoy being called a different gender but you are not that gender in any way or don't identity as just that gender, or your gender feels false! It can be any of these reasons, multiple of them, only one, there's no wrong way to identity with this!

Fauxtyman & Fauxtyboy - A label for when you're a "man/boy" for safety reasons, don't want to explain your true gender identity to someone you know will not understand it, you've came out as a man/boy / masc-aligned gender long ago and it has since changed but you don't want to go through the trouble of having to come out again, you enjoy being called a man/boy and other masculine terms but you are not a man/boy in any way or not just a man/boy, or your man-ness/boy-ness feels false! It can be any of these reasons, multiple of them, or only one.

Fauxtywoman & Fauxtygirl - A label for when you're a "woman/girl" for safety reasons, don't want to explain your true gender identity to someone you know will not understand it, you've came out as a woman/girl / fem-aligned gender long ago and it has since changed but you don't want to go through the trouble of having to come out again, you enjoy being called a woman/girl and other feminine terms but you are not a woman/girl in any way or not just a woman/girl, or your woman-ness/girl-ness feels false! It can be any of these reasons, multiple of them, or only one.

Fauxtygirlboy & Fauxtyboygirl - A label where you're both a fauxtygirl & fauxtyboy interchangeably or simultaneously. This could also be considered a paradoxical label, where you are both but neither at the same time. You could also call yourself a "boy" with one group of people, and a "girl" in another. Being a false boy and a girl, being a false girl and a boy, being a false girl in a boyish way, being a false boy in a girlish way, being a boyish and girlish but never being a boy or a girl, etc. Enjoying feminine and masculine terms but not being a girl or boy. The list is endless and there can be any reason you identify as a fauxtygirlboy / fauxtyboygirl!

Fauxtyenby - A label for when you're "non-binary" for safety reasons, don't want to explain your true gender identity to someone you know will not understand it, you've came out as non-binary / a gender under the enby umbrella long ago and it has since changed but you don't want to go through the trouble of having to come out again, you enjoy being called non-binary terms but you are not non-binary in any way or not just non-binary, or your enby-ness feels false! It can be any of these reasons, multiple of them, or only one.

Demifauxtygender - Where you identify partially as fauxtygender for whatever reasoning.
