Hello! ✰ My name is Aurora, I'm a 27 italian cartoon style illustrator, nice to meet you! I decided to open an art blog and upload my drawings on here too!

I mostly make fanart of whatever i like at the moment and right now i'm in an anime phase (my faves are mp100, jjba and haikyuu!) My style is a cartoon-ish one and i'm still trying getting better, I hope we can support each other!

last year i had a crisis because i realized i was wasting my life so with lots of fear i had some job interviews and i was hired in a clothing shop! it was an apprenticeship (i don't know the english equivalent) so u know, a little of exploitation (less than 4€/hour, 40 hours) but i made some money and most importantly i was leaving my house. it was just six months but i had a great experience and my collegues were cool, i'm still in touch with them :) it has been good for my social anxiety (only thing that worked for me was exposure therapy basically)

i finished in january and i stayed at home for a while, checking for some job opportunities now that i have a little experience in retail

anyway i had a job interview yesterday and i got hired and this time it's an actual job (i work less and get payed more which is the right amount) it's in a supermarket so basically the same job just with food and stuff (better for me i know nothing about clothes i had to improvise lol)

if i had to compare myself with the people the same age as me i'm much behind in life but i'm happy i made progress in the past year :)

these weeks i'm playing tomodachi life, animal crossing and palia (i love it!) so i'm not drawing oops okay bye if you read this i appreciate it ^^

the past week was horrible because my wisdom tooth was completely decayed and it hurt so bad, it was one of the worst pain i've ever felt in my life, i couldn't even think. thankfully i removed it a few days ago and i'm fine now! just a little swollen! i now have to do more theeth things but the worse is gone!

as for other, better, things:

started a piccolo and gohan drawing because i love them, stay tuned!

last month i started uploading on tiktok! i decided to post in italian to be in a "closer" community, but if you are interested you can check it out!

i am watching witch hat atelier and go for it, nakamura kun so i'm eating good, also started dr stone, i'm not super convinced yet but i will keep going
