i’m coming to terms with how my impulses (i’d even go as far as saying intuition) aren’t in my best interest rn — and they haven’t been in a very long time. it hurts to confront and go from “i’m getting to know myself better” to “what i think i know is just what i want to hear” but i need that pragmatism. so i’ve been trying to force rigid discipline (derogatory) and purpose in every move i make, every hour i spend. i love just vibing and going with the flow but that’s not for me right now )-: i need to move towards whats self-sustaining instead of latching onto whats soothing and comfortable in the moment … what feels nice VS what’s good for me
