Does your muse care about what color clothes they buy or wear? What colors do they avoid?
I - I mean...have you seen pink jacket...
that being said he definitely has a preference for loud flashy colors, red, blue, green, pink...we've seen him wear a white or black jacket too of course, but he's always been a Stand Out kind of guy!
(no shade on pink jacket it's one of my favorites the color scheme is so beautifully 80s <3)
Does your muse have a favorite mixed drink?
I mean, I don't generally drink for the flavor. But! If I had to choose?
A good 'ol dirty martini's fine with me!
@atruegentlemanthief said: so cruel, pops :c
ā That's real RICH coming from you! Remind me again how often you kick me in the head? How many concussions you've given me?! ā
"Yeah, but now I gotta wear an eyepatch for the rest of the day thanks to you! Are you saying that's fair?" Big 'ol pout.
@atruegentlemanthief Lupin had quietly watched as Sherlock explained all the details, following along as eager as one could be about murder, until his friend mentioned this was the act of possibly another woman. Certainly wouldn't have been Fujiko, she was never so clumsy with her work. As he walked over to have a better look at the poor dead woman on the ground, he wished he could close her eyes without messing up the crime scene. He couldn't help a small grimace, his mind racing with possibilities when he went to check the shoe. Of course he didn't touch it, knew better than that, but he did seem to freeze when his thoughts were caught in an impossible conclusion. Because he knew that was all over, of course, she was dead. The women she'd groomed were free now, too, far as he knew - but were there still some around that had that sleepercell bullshit going on? Could just be a regular murderous thief, though, but he couldn't help but overthink, frowning as he pushed the fake glasses up closer to his eyes to stop his fidgeting. "Well, I can say for certain it isn't Fujiko~," he said with his easy air, trying to put on a smile. "This is real sloppy, honestly. Not a novice, but certainly not someone who does this for the joy and thrill of it." Lupin would only ever kill in self defense, and if this other woman wasn't even armed, there was no excuse to have shot her except to selfishly hide their identity. Or someone never afraid to kill. A hired job? He rubbed his chin in thought. If he was muttering his thoughts outloud to himself, he hadn't noticed.
"It is. I do not think it was Fujiko." Since that apparently needed clarifying for Lupin's nerves. "The scuffle leads me to believe a relation or close friend. The photo and missing photos would indicate some information was stored on them. Little else is disturbed." He'd drifted to the destroyed photo frames. Gloves on and able to lift them to look them over. Feeling confident, as he often did, he could place them back in their original state once done. "Murderers do not typically steal family pictures otherwise."
The cardboard backings were intact so he took note that they were all made by the same manufacture. And took to tilting them around in nearby light to see if he could reveal any other imprints on them.
"If I were a betting man, money is involved. Not sex or hate."
Well, Lupin would take it as a win on his 'acting' skills that Sherlock thought he was worrying more about Fujiko rather than...Tomoe. Even thinking of her name had him fishing out a cigarette quietly, nodding somewhat stiffly to the consulting detective's explanations. "Good point," he muttered about the stolen photographs. "Maybe I oughta do a background check on this family, could be a secret hidden behind those photos that lead to family treasure the other person feels they're owed." He arched an eyebrow, keeping a simple smirk.

Thatās Life
Might I offer you a small Lupin edit in these trying times?
Lupin had quietly watched as Sherlock explained all the details, following along as eager as one could be about murder, until his friend mentioned this was the act of possibly another woman.
Certainly wouldn't have been Fujiko, she was never so clumsy with her work. As he walked over to have a better look at the poor dead woman on the ground, he wished he could close her eyes without messing up the crime scene.

iām still alive btw! had a camping trip that when awry but i should be getting back to threads soon once i catch up on my other blog!! <3
ooc;
since its been a million years since the Virgarde Arc i should reread it as a refresher but for anyone curious, it was an rp where Lupin and Zenigata were kidnapped by some crazy billionaire and thrown on an island to fight otherĀ ācops and robbersā. they had explosive collars on their necks that would go off if they didnt kill someone on the island.Ā
it was bad lol
that was where lupin lost his right eye because of an acid trap i believe.
anyway, what shit were we on back then adsfdsf i thought island of assassins was bad enough (i didnt make it up entirely it was partly inspired by a red jacket episode i think unless i hallucinated it lol)

Arms slowly wrap around Lupin's waist; a warm face presses into the back of his neck⦠Zenigata gives a silent, protective squeeze in place of a proper greeting and huffs, eyes falling shut.
"Good morning to you too~." Lupin had long woken up before Zenigata and had sneakily wandered off to the balcony to have a smoke and admire the view. Probably one of his finer hideouts - which was hilarious, given the company he was with. Not much of a hideout now, was it?
But he wasn't "under arrest" yet. So there was that.
"Y'know I'm not going anywhere just yet, right?" he teased, gently patting at one of the arms wrapped around him.

zenigatakeibuā:
āļø ā DISTRACT IT?! ARE you kidding?! ā Zenigata ducks, rolls, catching his breath behind the safety of a marble pillar. Empty casings jingle to the floor as the robot reloads. āFine, just⦠Hold on! ā Rope-bound cuffs soar through the airā
Click!
ā And find their mark right around the gunās smoking muzzle. Zenigata pullsā pulls hard, hard enough to yank the robot off its mark and toward him instead. It whirs angrily in response, struggling to twist itself back around. The shackle holds firm, and after a moment the machine finally relents, recalibrates, taking aim at Zenigata instead: the one thing stopping it from filling Mr. Sticky Fingers full of holes.
.. Really, if he had a dollar for every time he found himself staring down the barrel, Lupin might consider stealing from him for a change⦠ā Whatever youāre doing, you better do it fast-! ā
āJust trust me, Pops!ā Lupin grinned nervously - he could probably count on his hands how many times he managed to get the inspector to listen to him in these kinds of moments - but he was always grateful when they pulled through.
The thief watched as Zenigata became the bait, not wasting time himself on getting in the best position to aim. When things were looking even more hairy as it turned its attention fully on the inspector as planned, Lupin slid behind it and fired at the mechanisms unshielded from the back. A design flaw if he ever saw one.Ā
The robot stuttered from the first bullet, twitching from both the shackle and as it machinery was coming apart. That didnāt mean they were completely out of danger, though. Lupin had to quickly roll out of the way as a back plate blew off from the back and nearly smacked into him. Sparks were flying, and a fire was building.
āWe gotta get out of here, itās gonna blow!ā And the whole factory with it, probably, and that was no loss to Lupin. When he turned to check on Zenigata, he expected him to be right behind him as usual.Ā
