Had the pleasure of working with Jeff Miller in his Chicago furniture shop this weekend.  Man what a brilliant man! Sorry no shots from the shop, way too busy, but here are a few from the city.

Words cannot describe the excitement.  Just received my sets of #6 and #10 hollows and rounds and a 7/8th inch rabbet plane from Matthew Bickford.  These tools are absolute gems, I cannot wait to see what direction they take my work.

A bit of inspiration for the design of our new restaurant in Cincinnati.  This is a ceiling panel designed by Batty Langley.  

Gondolas in Venice.  These guys are amazing.  The city of Venice is an amazing place.  Our new restaurant will be largely inspired by the city and its cuisine.

Making progress on the bar tables.  The maple burls are quite a bit harder to sand than I expected.  I think I could sand concrete faster than these.
