and who could forget the iconic campfire? the juicy moments really only came from the contestants who had more complicated situations; for chanliet, they might as well have straight up confessed to each other 😭

then came the game-changers, and the girl immediately took a liking to chan, much to juju’s worry. when the girl picked chan as one of the male contestants to go to paradise with, everyone could see the colour visibly drain from juju’s face

she was very gloomy for the whole day, though she tried to hide it from the other contestants who did their best to cheer her up :’) the ones who she got close to and consider older brother/sister figures also gave her advice and urged her to express her feelings more explicitly to chan

juju feigned nonchalance when the paradise group returned to inferno. even when chan immediately sought her out to talk, she acted like she wasn’t at all affected when he teased her about it; she got all huffy and pouty while denying being jealous, and he just couldn’t help but laugh because he finds her so adorable and endearing; it took everything in him not to just kiss her then

her facade crumbled immediately when he pulled out a chocolate/flower he snuck out from the hotel because he remembered her saying she liked it when they were there, basically confirming that his feelings for her haven’t wavered and that he was pretty much thinking about her the whole time he was gone; her eyes definitely got shiny from unshed tears because she was just so touched

chanliet had to fight tooth and nail to win their second trip to paradise, and they made sure to really make the most of it. they spent hours talking about their lives while having dinner, going swimming, and doing their skincare

juju shyly offering that they share the bed because it was big enough for the both of them. despite their best efforts to keep a decent amount of distance between them, they still managed to end up cuddling in their sleep, which became a standout moment of the season

with their relationship practically confirmed, chan would simply sit next to juju as she did her makeup in the little huts at inferno, taking the time to admire her
