“……..The smell of antiseptic and sick can only mean I’m still here…….”

“Still here with me…” Minji had stayed by Hana’s side until she woke up having found her in the studio. “How are you feeling unnie?”

“Could be worse….,” she mumbled as she rolled onto her side. She didn’t even remember going into the room. She looked up, trying to put a smile on her face. “Could be better.

“I understand that…” She agreed with a nod. “I’ve missed you though.”

“Did you really?” Her voiced stayed at a mumble as she tried to sit up. “I wasn’t sure anybody did…..”

“Of course I did! Why wouldn’t I, unnie?” She tilts her head curiously.

“I don’t know…. I know you would. I missed you. But, sometimes I wonder.” She sighed as she sat up, knees immediately pulling up to her chest, though a small smile formed on her lips. “I missed you a lot.”

“I understand, I’ve felt that way too.” She watched her quietly before speaking again. “Can I hug you?”

“……I would love a hug.” She immediately opened up her arms and waited for Minji.

She smiles, leaning over to wrap her arms around Hana. “It’s been a long time, unnie.”

"It has," she mumbled, hugging on tight. "You've been good right?"

My family, I’m glad to hear you’re all around at least. I haven’t heard from Dawei for a long time.

Taking care of Hana. He’s the only one she’s let near for a while…. She’s started coming out more though.

That means she’s feeling better, right?

I hope so. Everything is super dark when she’s down and it just makes us all feel bad cause we can’t really fix it. 

I hope so too. I want her to feel happy again, I missed her a lot.

I’m sure she missed you, too. Hell, I missed you.

Of course I’d miss you too, but I remember not seeing her around a lot.

She’s been in hiding for a long time, I know. It’ll be nice to see her up and about and smiling. If only a little.

It really would be. It’s a lot quieter here too, I think it’s just us now. So maybe that would help?

Is it really? I hadn't really noticed with the silence with the group but..... you're right. It's really quiet....
