He once again won the last election in 2015 with 97.7 percent of the votes cast in his favor, although, none of the elections in the country have been considered “free” by western standards. With ballot tampering, harassment of opposition and censorship considered rampant. Last year he finally retired, but before settling down completely he decided to be the head Chef on the restaurant car for the Trans-Aral Railway route.
