Good thing pointing out that their colors are complementary, I actually thought that a red and green combo couldn't work outside of christmas but they proved me wrong lmao

From the way I view their characters and what I've seen of their backstories, it's like they're two sides of the same coin!

Both were reduced to aspects of themselves that they couldn't control, and I personally believe them to be the same level of insecure and self destructive towards themselves

The main difference is that Lee took the path of self improvement and overcompensation while Gaara went with self preservation and supression
