Malva's father and the leader of a pack of feroxes on the west coast. Noran became neglectful of his daughter after his mate passed, leading to the young ferox to run away. They never saw each other again.

Another creature!

Umadons are reptiles that only live near bodies of freshwater lakes and rivers. They use their mandibles and gular pouch to catch and store fish.

These creatures have also been known to use their mandibles for tool use, possibly making them more intelligent than they might appear.

Yuxin's biological mother. She was part of a pack of feroxes on the east coast and briefly befriended Malva after the older ferox fled from the ilupins.

A sudden forest fire broke out as their pack was settling down for nesting season and Aska perished trying to save her eggs.

Decided she needed some official art as well. She's now up on ArtFight if anyone wants to draw her over there!

The falvotuga is a small reptile that lives in bodies of freshwater, preferably lakes and ponds. They primarily eat insects, tadpoles, small fish and roe. They can float perfectly still at the surface of the water for hours, waiting for prey to approach them before snapping at them with increbile speed. Their soft shells have evolved to resemble lilypads, giving them excellent camouflage against bigger predators, while luring in smaller creatures looking for shelter, however the particular shape of the shell slows them down quite a bit under the surface of the water, which is why they evolved long tails to compensate. Their unique shell can also absorb sunlight to give the creature extra energy when food is scarce, and can regenerate quite well if damaged.

New creature! The falvotuga relies on bodies of freshwater to hunt, as they can float at the surface of the water for hours, waiting for insects or small fish to approach them.
