Guess who’s back, back again. I know it’s been YEARS, but I’m finally filling some of these riarkle prompts!!! I already did one for autumn leaves, so here’s old books. This is cheesy and self indulgent and totally PG. I hope you enjoy! 

The New York Public Library had always been Riley’s safe place.  Her parents took her to get her first library card when she was barely 5 years old, and each week she’d bring home a new stack of books. These days, whenever things were too much for her, she’d hop on the L train and head to the library. She’d wander the shelves, or pull out a random book and get lost in the pages.

On this particular January day, she was simply wandering. She’d spent the last few hours filling out college apps, and worrying. Worrying if she had Maya would get into the same schools, worrying if their friend group would be able to stay in tact if they went to different schools, worrying about Farkle talking about considering Stanford, all the way across the country. Her friends were the most important part of her life, she couldn’t bear to lose any of them.

My sanity: hell no go to sleep.

Helloooo!!!

I’ve missed this entire family!!! Honestly, truly, the day this fandom slowly died was the day my heart got crushed. I miss the fangirling, the friendships, the love and the passion.

Actuallyyy, I’m calling on this family to use that love and passion to help us get our favourite people back on the screen!! Sounds cheesy, I know, but I don’t know how else to get y’all to really listen to me and understand that I’m not f*cking around right now.

I. Miss. Them. There’s really no other way to put it. So yeah, as you can probably see, I made a petition. I personally promise to take this petition, once you guys have signed it, to big companies such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Like it says in the petition description, I don’t want a Disney season 4. Honestly, they did the show, the characters and the actors dirty. Girl Meets World was, and is, so special.

The way I see it, if we actually make a difference and give this show a possibility to come back, the actors are too grown up, and too fed up with the bullshit to be on Disney. I’m talking a more mature Girl Meets World. Set in Senior Year, or maybe even College.

I’m not silly, I know that getting this show back, with everyone we love, is a long shot. Everyone has moved on with their lives and careers. Sabrina with her (amazing) singing, Rowan with her activism and writing, Corey with his several other acting jobs, etc.

But, why not? People change people, right? And this show has changed me. Look at me now! I’m a sap.

Let’s see Maya ha-hurr Lucas again.

Let’s see Riley and Farkle hug like their lives depend on it again.

Let’s see Zay connect with Smackle like no one else has.

Let’s see Riley and Lucas be the cutest of friends again.

Let’s watch Riley and Maya make all of us swoon because of their love again.
