So this one i'm slightly less sure about because of the texture of the main top but it looks like 1965's Photo Fashion top. The Barbie Style version looks more sweater-y whereas the original looked more like a textured fabric.
This is from BarbiePedia, the full outfit Photo Fashion #1648 came with the sweater, matching pants and dickey, heels, and a camera. I don't have this one but I have the Hill Riders' sweater and they both fit modern dolls like the first screenshot here. The sleeve rides up a bit so it looks like a three-quarter sleeve, which I do like a lot, but it looks like the second screenshot has the rolled neckline pulled down in an off the shoulder style and the sleeves look longer. It's a pretty piece and I hope they'll keep using fashions from the early years.
A sized down version of the main outfit was released for Skipper called Outdoor Casuals.
Okay so this green sweater on Brooklyn i've seen twice ish, possibly three times, on Barbie Style. Once on Malibu for a Spring shot, the other two on Brooklyn. There's something about that color green that just gets me and my question sat in the comments section for maybe a day or two before someone ID'd it as a Francie fashion piece.
this is from Christelle MORA on Pinterest, the original 1968 Hill Riders fashion pack. That's something I love about 60's Barbie, she rocked the crap out of outerwear like this. Plus it's a lovely shade of green for spring, you can't go wrong
I tend to think of this scarf and think of Brooklyn. She's worn it so much, I don't even connect it with Audrey so much anymore. It just works for her.
It's a nifty little scarf turned headband but it kept poking at me because i'd seen it before, I just wasn't sure where!
This scarf comes up a bit and I love it. It's cute and IRL it feels like a real scarf.
Audrey Hepburn Barbie is one of my not quite Grail dolls but one I definitely wanted one day and a random search through Mercari pointed me to this Audrey (there's been a handful of them made through Mattel) and I finally knew! The whole outfit is positively beautiful and except for the skirt, it fits a modern Barbie body pretty well.
This one isn't a mystery, really, since it's for Barbie to wear to a Diane von Furstenberg show, but the 2006 DVF doll is one I rarely see mentioned. To be fair, I wasn't aware of her until I was hair shopping on Restore Doll and found the Espresso 121 color was a perfect match for the her.
When Mattel wants to make something beautiful, they really do it. I miss their big fashion house collaborations. Mattel and Barbie's Oscar de la Renta's fashions in the 80s were their own brand of fabulous.
I see you back there, DVF dress!

This October 2014 pic features Millie in a Jonathan Adler dress with some changes to the sleeves. This dress comes up a few times throughout the years and it's nice to see it pop up over time. It's a permanent piece in Millie's closet.
The dress again next to a Tim Gunn skirt!!! I'm so mad I didn't find out about the Tim Gunn dolls and fashion packs until years after their release.
Love the pops of orange and yellow
The dress as a top, looks shortened without a finished hem but kept the OG sleeves
Still popping up in 2019!
Posted on 13 February 2015, the early days of BarbieStyle! Of course Barbie looks absolutely fabulous but that orange coat is the tops. Barbie Style is known for their custom pieces on their instagram and in a 2024 interview with InStyle magazine, Zlatan Kusnoor and Rachel Ritter go into how they design and construct customs but also borrow from the archives or source vintage pieces to use in the Insta's closet.
I finally got this set a month or so ago and i'd recognize that coat anywhere! From Breakfast at Tiffany's for the Audrey Hepburn dolls released in the late 90's.
