There was a teenager whose name is George. This teenage boy came from a strict family wherein he had to follow rules and restrictions especially in his studies. George is the eldest among his two siblings. Everyday he had to follow a routine which is to go to school, go home and finish all his homeworks. If he wouldn't do these things his mom and dad wont let him watch his favorite tv shows or even use his social media.

Because of how George grew up and On how his parents treated and controlled him, This had become a major factor on why George is very distant among other students, He was to focus on studying rather than making friends. For his alone time he would just spend it watching different movies, Animes, tv series and many more. George doesn't really focus on his physical appearance, he would even go to school not brushing his hair. Some students would even call him a geek or a nerd and tease him for the way he looks and acts. George has somehow got used to this type of bullying and did not bother him at all. He would just ignore them and continue doing his own things. After class, he would just go home and still be alone in his room doing his own work, still following the rules and restrictions set by his parents. He would even sometimes sneak into his social media accounts to check updates Towards his classmates, but would immediately stop once he heard his parents coming slowly to his room.

Day by day George slowly got tired of his somehow systematic life, He felt that he was not happy with the way he was living. He would always see his classmates having fun while studying and at the same time enjoying their lives as teenagers. While he was there sitting in the corner eating lunch and He really wanted to get to know them but never really had the confidence to approach them. He always felt that he was different and would not fit in.

One day, the class president named Lily announced that she will have a birthday party next week at her house and everyone is invited to come. This would be their last party before summer comes. During that time everyone was excited and the party was everyone's topic for the whole day. Except for George, The president approached and asked him if he was coming? George smiled and as he was about to answer another classmate talked and said “ why would he come?” He barely even talks to any of us. Besides what would a nerd like him do to a party? Bring books? . George’s smile quickly disappeared as he heard those words. Lily went on saying “ Oh come on guys it’s my birthday, I hope you can come and join us George”.

After class, George quickly went home with body and mind destroyed. He felt powerless, he felt so weak. He felt like he was worthless. For the first time in a long time he got affected with the words said to him. He looked into the mirror crying And asked why is he like that? When will I ever be happy for myself? His parents heard him crying and asked what is wrong? . George bursted into tears and explained the pain that he is feeling and how unhappy he is with how they molded him as a person. And on how it affected so much of him.

His parents were shocked that this had all been because of them, they immediately begged for forgiveness towards George. They only want what's good for him, but they never get to realize what would make him happy. Ever Since then his parents and George became more open to each other. He slowly started to take actions for himself and do things that he truly loves and makes him happy.

George looked again into the mirror and saw a different guy, A guy who was much more happy and much care and love for himself. He finally took courage to step out of his box.

At the time of the party, Everyone was shocked when George arrived looking different he was all dress u[p and having much more positive aura than before. He struggled at first but little by little he started talking to his classmates and everyone was glad that he is now showing his friendly side rather than the “study all day” guy. George finally felt like himself and that no one is gonna control him on what will make him happy. He was doing things that he loved, He was taking actions that would not set boundaries to himself.

The class president LiLy approached George and thanked him for coming to her party. Lily said “ I knew that there is a different person within you” That day had been the start of a new beginning and new friendship

“Dreams are full of struggle yet the struggle will set you to your dreams”.

There was a young woman who has a dream. A dream that is impossible for her because of financial problem and her situation. The girl was named Ella, a simple and happy-go-lucky girl who lives in the province. One morning, she woke up early and decided to enjoy the view in her window beside her bed. Her bed is made of wood and there’s a foam with pink cloth. For Ella, morning is the best part of every day because she likes to watch the sunrise while drinking coffee with her white mug. The place has a peaceful ambiance where you can think and relax. There was a tall tree, many vegetables to eat, and a quiet place. But for Ella, there is one thing that she needed and that is her dream to go to the school again. Her mom and dad only relied on their vegetables in front of their house to survive every day needs. In the past few days Ella often feels dizzy, and she ignores it. It was Monday noon when Ella was ordered by her mother to buy spices at the market. She was wearing a t-shirt, long black pants and black slippers. Not far away as she was walking, Ella saw the shop where she could by spices, and she was carrying a basket with a unique design because it was made by her grandmother. Ella has finally bought the spices her mother needs. As she walks home Ella feels dizzy, but she continues to walk to get home and rest. The next morning, at nine o'clock Ella woke up because of the crowing of chickens, barking of dogs, the chirping of birds and the sound of windy trees. What a nice morning, she immediately stood up and put away the pillows and blankets to go down and have coffee in front of their house. While sitting in a chair that is made up of wood, Ella saw an old man who is wearing a brown long-sleeve together while walking. Ella gave the old man water and a piece of bread, the old man smile and left. Ella is drinking a creamy coffee with her favorite white mug while enjoying the view. Ella wonders how she will study again if her parents object due to lack of money. She wanted to get angry with her parents for it, but she couldn’t. Ella thinks of herself as a worthless and unattainable in life. She wanted to give up on life because she felt she was useless in this world. After drinking coffee she went inside their house, and as she walked she felt dizzy and suddenly fainted. Ella was immediately spotted by her mother and asked for help from the neighbors. While going to hospital the ambulance car in which Ella and her mother were riding was moving fast. People and other vehicles on the road pull over to allow the car to pass smoothly. In the hospital, while Ella is inside the room with the doctor, her mother can be seen worried outside the door. Her clothes were torn and her hair could not be straightened out. She saw nurses walking around and in a hurry, dressed in white and carrying lots of things. She looked around and saw white walls and adjoining rooms. After a few minutes, the door opens and the doctor came out. Ella's mother's teary eyes can be seen. She asked the doctor how Ella was doing and why it fainted. The doctor said it was due to mental fatigue, over-thinking or stress. The doctor advised Ella to not to think too much as it would cause unpleasant illness. Ella is fine but she needs rest to regain strength. Thinking too much does not help us. Just like eating sweets that is not good for one's health. The next day, Ella returned to their home. She apologizes to his parents because of the desire to study again she is having a chance to overthink which is not good for her health. Her parents hugged her and explained their situation, so she could not study yet. They stopped when suddenly there was a knock on their door. Ella's father walked slowly to find out who it is. Ella was surprised when she saw the old man whom she had given water and bread in front of their house. Ella asked why the old man was there. The old man was grateful for Ella's kindness. The old man got lost in their place and starved on the road. He said that he wanted to give Ella a scholarship to study because of the goodness of her heart.

“Self love is caring to oneself”

When you think about self worth what first words that comes to your mind? Mine is when you know exactly what you want without worrying of what other people will think despite of having flaws and insecurities. For me when you really know yourself and your worth, you dont have the time to question your worth and and insanity.

There's this one girl named Mary Jane who is much ahead of her classmates and so much ahead of her time and because of that shes having the difficulty to adjust that leads her sometimes to overthink, is she not enough? is something wrong about her? is she is not meeting some society-created standard ? is she do not belong? and that girl, though speaks of beauty and has a kind mind with a beautiful feature inside and out is sometimes either me, you, or the one who is sitting next to you in a public vehicle or even the most gorgeous it girl in your campus. A typical ordinary urban girl once wento out of her comfort zone and went out to the city to try new different things, she never had anything with herself but her self worth and a determination confidence that she knows herself. She was able to conquer anything because of that. Knows what she deserves the very best. Self worth is east to achieve once you understands and accepts yourself. She was a very talkative girl once you get to know her, people sometimes wronged her for being a girl who has attitude primary because of her physical apperance, she has olive oblong eyes and a high eyebrow people sometimes mistaken her for being rude but she really is just a kind person and she has this intimidating aura that only a regal woman has.

Mary Jane grew up in a school where she was sort of a popular girl in her year. She seldom go out with any friends because of that, she was very picky which frienda to choose which is a good trait. She knows which friends to bond with and which friend is not good for her. So she has only has two closest friends that she sometimes hang out with on her free time. They sometimes go to library to read books they like in silence. They were able to enjoy just the three of them being together. Until the time comes she no longer feels like she belongs to the group of friends she used to be with. She now sometimes overthink of her two friends because of her overwhelming increasing fame a few months later. She finds herself alone sometimes in a bathroom crying her eyes out, figuring out what went wrong. Until she find the courage to leave them behind because she knows better than to grief over something she doesnt deserve.

A few months later, she can now call herself a stronger girl than she ever was than before. She has a mother who loves her right and a father who taught her the value of self worth and a siblings who never left her side through ups and downs. She was surrounded by so much love she feels contented and now she knows the value of herself and what treat she should get. She doesnt need people who will only use her because of her popularity and fame in her school year.

Knowing your worth is what best gift you can truly gift yourself. Knowing the difference with what youre getting to what you truly deserve. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserves the very best. Though we are all not connect we could understand each other by simple being syamphatetic.

"Believe in yourself and have a Good Faith"

When we were babies, we know nothing. All we can do then was crying and breastfeeding with our mothers. As we grow older our parents are the first one to guide and teach us how to speak, walk, read, and behave well. Every steps and progress of our lives, parents are the first one who can accept our flaws and imperfections. However, they are also the first one become happy when you achieve something in life. There was a girl, she grew up shy because her mother raised her with so much care and treat as precious like a diamond that gives light and brighten up their moods. As she enters the school in elementary, for her it feels like she was in a narrow space because it’s quite different from her world before she was with her mother all the time that she couldn't imagine that it is possible to separate ways. As she starts her day in school it looks like a rainbow in the sky, she experienced different activities that she never had before when she was in her house. She grew up with an overprotective and strict parent that's why her actions have a limitation. When she was in their house the only thing, she can do was to play with her dolls but, when she was in school her life was productive and she can freely move that she never experienced before. One day, teacher announced to her students that they need to bring their parents because they will be having an event that occasionally held to help the children to have a strong relationship as tight as glue with their parents that also mold their personality as an individual. As she went back to their house the girl tells it to her parents with an excitement, but they refused because they cannot make it because of their busy schedule. The girl cried because of the disappointment and saddened by the fact that her parents can't go in the family event. The event has come she saw her fellow classmates together with their parents, she felt envious and lost confidence because of what happened.

As years goes by, when she enters school in high school the girl is talented and brilliant student but because of what she experienced before she doesn't participate in any academic related or competitions. But her perception changed when she met a good friend that gave her a motivation to strive harder and advices just that life is like a marathon, it gives you a long way to go to achieve your goals that everything you do is a process. The girl has an eagerness to learn because her friends served as an instrument that she can lean on whenever she has a problem. This girl is having a willingness in her academics that's why she is one of the top students together with her friends. They always making time to have a group study that has a big impact with their improvement. As time goes by, the girl graduated with honor and in her mind, she dedicated it to her dearest friends and most especially to her parents although she was a little bit disappointed before with her parents but, she knew that it was for her future that normally experience just like what everyone's wanted.

When they went to college, she was separated from her friends because they had different paths. The girl was sad when she and her friends separated but she thought that people would not be there for life to catch her so she courage herself and her mind. The girl joined with an organization as she fights her fear and reunites with a friend but not to depend on them but to make her school year happy. Two years later, the girl became the president of their department and one of the speakers at the conference. She believes that being shy has a limitation and it has a process on how you deal with it. At the end of the year, she graduated and was preached as Magna cum laude and one of the speakers to inspire her fellow classmates. Being a student, the girl is still developing, challenging and being a daughter, she's good at obeying. Always remember that even you experience failure turn it into wisdom that can help you to grow and believe in yourself. No one can change you, it all starts with you.

"Always choose to be happy and love yourself"

Charity is a simple young woman who lives an abundant life, she is kind and loving. Unexpectedly, she discovered that she had a serious illness, but she continued to live a normal life, such as studying and going out with her friends.

But one day she was rushed to the hospital, where she felt the gradual weakening of her body. There she also learned that her life is about to end in less than a year, she immediately lost hope and accepted her fate. It was then that she also realized that she was going to do all the things she hadn't done before it all got caught, and she already started writing things she hasn't done yet, this is her "Bucket List".

Charity did everything she wanted, like traveling as long as she could. She was on the beach at that time watching and being amazed by the sunset, when she heard a young man shouting from the shore of the sea and crying. "I'm tired, I'm not happy, but I want to fight". She approached the young man and talked to him. Charity spent a lot of time with the young man Ceejay, and because of their conversation everything became clearer for charity, and her desire to live grew, she better understood how important the life God had given her was. "It gives us problems because that's what will shape us for the future, then we get stronger and become more courageous. Life will be wasted if you don't take care of it and appreciate it," Ceejay said. Charity thanked the young man Ceejay, for the time is spent with her and for the words that gave her the clarity to fight. When their conversation was over, the young man said goodbye to Charity.

When Charity was left alone on the beach, she realized she still had many reasons to live, and she also realizes that she needs to love herself more than other things. So she decided to go home and get medical treatment, she will fight because she has many reasons to live. She will fight as hard as she can. She thought that whatever the outcome will be what's important is she fought for herself, and because she decided to seek medical treatment, she went back and forth to the hospital for treatment, a few years later she recovered and she is very grateful that she did the right thing for herself. She promised herself that she would take care of herself and she realized self-love is real love. When she recovered from her illness, her life became happier and her happiness returned, and charity reunited her with her friends, they always talk about the good things that have happened in their lives.

Charity always prayed and thanked God for the second life given to her, and she decided to continue what was written on his bucket list. Two weeks later she decided to go to Siargao and surf, Charity arrived at the beach of Siargao, she was amazed because of the beautiful view, Charity rested first on a bench before surfing, she watched the view and the people in the sea, as she remembers the young man Ceejay she met at the beach in Palawan, she smiled because she remembered what the young man said to her before and she very thankful that she met the young man Ceejay. After a while, she stood up and went to the sea to surf and after surfing, she rested and stayed for two weeks in Siargao, and after Siargao, she went to the third on her bucket list to experience camping activities at night, she had new friends at the camp and she did the activities she wants such as Glow in the dark ring toss, Group Storytelling, and Sharing Experience, Charity stayed two days at the campsite. After the camping, she went to the last one on her bucket list the hiking activities, she went to Benguet to climb Mt. Pulag and do the activities she wants. Charity was so happy that she did everything which is on her bucket list.

HOW TO WRITE A SONG?

Writing a song is also creating your own unique story, it has no limits and the possibilities are endless . The only difference is that you get to incorporate your love for music while writing.  Every writer is different when creating their piece but as a help for you , here are some tips to guide you towards writing your own song.

GET STARTED WITH FINDING YOUR SONG IDEA

Getting started  to write especially out of nowhere is really hard. You have to come up with the main idea that will be the  focus and message of the song.  But it doesn't always need to be that way.

It is more effective when you start when you feel you need to start. Don’t force it just because you want it now. Getting an inspiration from experiences, events, or people could really help you to come up with your song ideas.

Create meaningful lyrics

In creating a song you have to know that lyrics matter and will be the most important element in creating your own song . Yes,  the instruments and melodies also do matter but the message of the song is the one that will make your song special. This will be the message that many people could relate to and as obvious as it is, writing from your heart and from your own experiences would really help you to put your true feeling towards the song.

Start simple and  build from it

Ideas really flow while writing but too many ideas could really make things hard to organize, Sometimes starting simple and building creative ideas from it. Make a much better process rather than incorporating every idea from the beginning and then struggle for the rest of your composition.

Create your song structure and melody

Identifying what will be your verse, chorus and other parts of your song is also important, for this gets a better view on how you will tell your story through your song. Same thing goes with your melody; this adds a whole new life towards your song composition.

Its okay to take breaks

Don't force your idea to flow, it's okay to take breaks. There is nothing wrong with letting your mind breathe. Sometimes you just need to take your time and let inspiration come to you naturally.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO FAIL and ASK FOR FEEDBACKS

When you are writing a script, you should have first planned what the plot would be. I recommend you to define your characters first and as much as possible, get them away from being too cliché for a play. I recommend taking notes first on what the characters individual profession and what lessons could we get from them, they should have own individuality ability and uniqueness. Inspiration comes everywhere, you don’t have to rush anything or such if you want your script to be presentable. Personally, I think it's perfectly fine to search and watch and read novels first to get inspiration, it could trigger you something that makes you want to start doing the script. Any ideas and thoughts could simply rain down on your brain and makes you start writing anything. Whatever ways that helps you to do your own script is good as long as you are inspired to do it and not forced, what I meant by forced is when you force ideas and thought that could end in an inappropriate ending, and you wouldn’t want that for a proper script.

A poem is written words that express ideas or emotions in an imaginative style. Force yourself to jot down as many words, ideas, thoughts or pictures and as much as possible don't stop. Keep writing until you have filled the entire page with writing ideas. Be creative and imaginative and you can express your feelings by writing a poem.

Here some tips on how to write a poem.

• Look at some poetry examples. You may browse at samples of poetry to get a better understanding of what other poets are writing. You can read poems written in the same literary style that you are interested, as well as poems about topics or ideas that you like or inspire you.

• Take the time to read. Recite your poem aloud until you're pleased with it or until you feel comfortable and believe it conveys the message you like.

• Choose a particular theme or concept. You can begin your poem by concentrating on a particular theme or idea that interests you. Choosing a particular theme or concept to concentrate on in your poem will help it achieve its purpose.

• Use language that people can understand.

• Clear your mind and gain focus, meditate or listen to inspirational music before writing poems and also write truthfully. Don't hide your thoughts or ideas; instead, show yourself and what you're feeling. Express them! Let them out!

Can anyone be a writer? Are there such qualities to be a good writer? How do writers come up with ideas? How a writer can elucidate on a concept? When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer? These are some of the questions that comes to our mind that most probably because of our curiosity. I want to give a simple explanation with the misconceptions about entrepreneurs are born, not made. It is not just with one snap you can change everything. It just like a writer it takes a lot of work to develop the skills that can be learned. Anyone can be a writer as long as your passion and perseverance are there, it really matters because it can help you to lift up your emotions to create a masterpiece. Anyone can share their love for writing and ideas into a simple that can be easily understood by others. There are some people just want only to write something about their daily lives they just want to share their experiences but for some they take it as profession. There's nothing wrong with what you want as long as it makes you happy.

There are cetain qualities that writer should have: focus, goal, affection, balance and accountability. I believe if you know how things work you can control your way of life that can help you to manage your time and handle difficulties. It’s still up to you how you act depending on your personality but, you must be able to discipline yourself to sustain your consistency. If you want to be a writer, you must be a better reader first it helps you to understand because we all know it does not happen overnight. Keep practicing and believe in the story you are telling because it has a big impact to have a connection to your readers. Experience is one of the most helpful tools to the writers to come up with a subject matter of communication which is the ideas. It make sense for them because it create a story that everybody can relate. If you want to create a story that you want everyone to recognize, you must know how to conceptualize so that everything will follow to your accordance. Introduce first what is the purpose and potential outcomes for the concept that can explain the significance.

Writer has a big part of everyone who wants to get rid of boredom and if for others happiness just revolves around gadgets but we know there are still people are into books. You can learn many aspects you realize that you love writing because it makes you happy and many people become open-minded when they read and gain knowledge. Based on the research that F. Scott Fitzgerald struggled a lot at school to the point that his teachers kicked him out at the age of 12. He was never good in his studies and he struggled a lot also in spelling. Based on his behavior, Fitzgerald may have struggled with Attention Deficit Disorder. He pursued in spite of many obstacles and now, ironically, millions of high school students read his book, The Great Gatsby. It means to say struggles and failures are always the hindrance to achieve your goal but, if you will continue striving hard for you dream and doing things that makes you happy, it will bring also happiness to other who just want and love to read.
