so I read that econ 20b's major restriction would be lifted today at noon, but when I checked a few minutes ago it was already open and waitlists were pretty much full. do things always get fucked up like this? :( how am I supposed to know when restrictions lift if they don't follow the times they post?

"Due to the volume of majors, enrollment in some School of Social Sciences courses will be restricted to School or majors only until noon (MARCH 14th)."
