Birdy Boy

"Oh my god," She murmured behind a hand that covered her mouth after hearing his response. He was a magnet. Sitting down beside where he lay, she crossed her legs and continued, “C-can you do it? Right now? Pleaaseee?” She dragged out the last part. She’d be damned if she missed out on seeing Snow White incarnate. 

She rocked back and forth until she fell over on her back beside him. Turning her neck to look over to 611, she gave her sweetest smile and clasped her hands as she spoke.

Eh, what's the harm in a little whistling? He liked whistling and doesn't really mind that she's in it for a few songbirds.

"Alright, sure." Slowly, and a bit dramatically, he stood back up and, with a straight face, said, "If a deer shows up, run."

Jay started a small and timid whistle, fairly high in pitch but quiet enough to not get too much attention. He didn't want to look like a scarecrow again.

A minute passed before the tune returned to them both of them, a ways away and he tried again. The tune came back faster and much louder, closer. Once more, he gave off his song, only to be interrupted by the new bird, a small songbird, landing in a bush nearby.
