Anyways, I should have made a post about this before, but I kind of forgot?

I’m getting surgery tomorrow, so I have absolutely no idea how this is gonna affect my activity on here, which is already not great. So. Yeah.

I’ll try to make an update post or something? Not sure how successful I will be in that endeavor, but I’ll try.

One year ago today, we lost a beautiful soul.

I’ve learned a lot about the standards of beauty that women have to live up to but now I need your help!

I have a male character that is self conscious about his looks but I need to know what standards men are expected to live up to in terms of attractiveness.

Being overweight/too skinny, and not having any muscle definition

Wide. Hips. Upright triangle instead of an inverted one.

A beard that is patchy, not filled in

Fear of a receding hairline, loss of hair, very thin hair

Having a very round face, not square enough of a jaw

Very bushy eyebrows, or too thin eyebrows, being afraid of plucking them or filling them in

Being small in stature, shorter than average

Wanting to have nice nails, but not too nice, but not too nice because then, that's 'feminine'

Same thing for clothing

Not fitting properly into a suit, or having the right accessories, not knowing how to color coordinate, or pattern coordinate. A well fitting suit is an expensive one, and many people can’t afford one.

Not looks, but smell. Is it too much, or too little cologne?

These are some I have personally experienced and/or have heard about.

I’ve been working for a long time on this and it’s finally finished!

It has rather heavy topics, fitting considering some of the characters, but I don’t think I’ve ever poured this much love and effort into a single project, so I hope you enjoy it! This community has given me so much and I wanted to give back.

And don’t forget, no matter how dark tomorrow seems… PMA!
