Ask the Nightguards

Tiffany quickly looked to the teenager before looking to the ground. “Yeah.” She muttered, lying a little. She didn’t want this weird person to send her back to her ‘father’. 

“Well it wouldn’t be right if I left a lost child stay out in the cold” he put his arm around her and flashed a filled wallet in front of her “wanna go inside?” He smiled as he studied the look upon her face.

Tiffany looked up to the older child is amazement. “Y-yeah, I wanna go in!” She was slightly unnerved by his arm on her but the prospect of food and a place to sleep overrode it.

“Then lets go to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza!” He stood up and held his arm out to her “,the names Zachary. What’s yours?” He smiled at her and it looked like a smile that you could trust.

She grabbed it, smiling back. “I-I’m Tiffany. It’s nice to meet you!” 

He helped her up and they both walked into the building ignoring some of the side eyes people were giving them “here, order what you’d like” he handed her a 20 dollar bill “I’m gonna see about a job here”

Tiffany took the money, treating it like it was the holy grail. She looked up at him. “I-I hope you get the job! Thank you!” She rushed off to get something to eat. 

Zachary wondered around the pizzeria before finding the manager and convincing him for a job. He went back to find Tiffany sitting at a table happily.

Tiffany had order a large pepperoni pizza and was watching the animatronics. They weirded her out. 

“So how’s the pizza?” He sat down at the table grabbing a slice for himself.

“It’s really good.” The young girl smiled at the teenager. 

He bit into the pizza making a sour face “you must not have eaten for while” he threw the slice back into the box “this pizza tastes like garbage!”

She didn’t respond, still eating. All she did was nod yes. She had eaten about two slices of the pizza as well.

Zachary downed a soda and then looked at Tiffany with glee in his eyes “we should check out the maintenance room! I hear they keep the animatronic suits back there!”

Tiffany obviously had reservations about doing it. “B-but if they catch us, t-they’ll kick us out.”

“We don’t have to worry about that! After all I work here now I should be allowed to go there.” He grinned and pulled out of the chair and onto her feet “lets go”

She gave a tiny yelp as she was pulled up out of her chair and really had no choice but to follow the older boy. 

They walked through the pizzeria until they came to a door labeled Maintenance. Zachary grinned at the girl behind her "are you ready?"

Tiffany quickly looked to the teenager before looking to the ground. “Yeah.” She muttered, lying a little. She didn’t want this weird person to send her back to her ‘father’.

((And he’s like “date? This is no date its just your last meal”))

And she responds with, “And yet with one insult, I could have my sister in law over here faster than you can kill me. And it’s been half a year since you stabbed me in the chest.”

"Well then we have to fix that won't we" and he stabs her in the chest but not deep and he just winks at her

Kotone froze as she was picking up a vase. “…. SNEAK ATTACK!” She spun around trying to hit Zachary in the head with the vase. 

Zachary reacted only quick enough to stop the vase from smashing into his head by blocking it with his arm. The vase shattered and Zachary let out a loud animalistic growl. His blocking arm falling to his side bleeding from the shattered vase

Kotone back flipped away with a sigh. “I must be off my game if I keep running into people still in their home.” She grumbled. 

“Oh no I wasn’t home I saw you enter and I decided to tear you to pieces” Zachary emitted a low deep growl his eyes turning more animalistic by the second.

“Ah, you’re a wolfy wolf.” Kotone muttered, her back to a window. “Well, got to go.” She was engulfed by pink smoke just as the sound of breaking glass was heard.

“You can’t get away from me that easily” Zachary bounded forward and through the window landing on his feet. He sniffed the air trying to locate the others scent.

Zachary growled louder now his nose filled with the smell of strawberries, he looked around desperately only to see a glimpse of her on the roof. He quickly followed close on her tail.

Kotone ran to the edge of the roof and started teleporting away.

Zachary reached the roof just as Kotone teleported but it was too late the scent of strawberries subsided and her scent was clear as day on his nostrils. He howled into the rising moon ready for a good hunt.

She kept teleporting away, keeping an eye behind her.

Zachary followed close by her scent leading him to each new place she teleported too. Until finally he predicted where she was going to be and hid in wait of her arrival.

She stopped in front of a huge building owned by the Murder family, a group that owned a good majority of the city. Kotone took out a cellphone and started dialing a number.

“Found you little thief” Zachary said growling as he stalked up behind Kotone “and this time I won’t let you get away!”

Kotone just sat there, not really looking worried. “I already got away~”

Zachary looked at her confused “what do you mean you’ve gotten away?!” He rushed towards her ready to tear her throat out.

He would pass right through an illusion. “Because I live in that building.” The illusion pointed to the building. 

Zachary looked at the illusion confused "how come I cannot touch you, and how is you living in that building going to save you!?"

Zachary awoke in a place he had never seen before, the world around him a myriad of movement and whatever drug he was injected with kept him from fully waking up but leaving him in some sort of limbo state.
