He was born in Middlesbrough, England. His parents moved to L.A when he was 14. He developed his powers around 5 unbeknownst to him and his parent. As Hystaria got older he started to figure out his powers more and by the time he moved to L.A he was manipulating his teachers minds to get good grades and graduated valedictorian due to this. As an adult he used his power to rob banks and didn't get caught till he was 39. Sdn saw his power as something that could be used for good so they offered him the redemption program -an offer he took-
His parents had a lot of money so he grew up well dressed and took that into adulthood.
I forgot to add the specifics of he tries to be polite when possible he will not jump to being ride unless he doesn't like the person, he is about 6'5 and is currently 42. He also acts like a typical "gentleman" holding open doors taking hats off inside, the works.
