“Great! Tomorrow we’ll ask around for some places to adventure!” Elicere said with great enthusiasm.
“After we sleep off these drinks of course.” He said followed by laughter.
“This is it” he thought to himself. Another adventure and another challenge worth his skills.
Luth giggled. “Yes, definitely have to sleep this off. Can’t imagine my aim would be very good right now.” She rubbed her eyes, still giggling softly. Then she leaned back in the seat and sighed, eyes half closed, feeling content. She was warm and slightly drunk, she’d made a new mysterious friend, and the prospect of adventure hung in the air. All in all, things were looking good.
“We shouldn’t ask around too much though. We don’t want too many people knowing what we’re up to. They may decide to cut us off as we’re heading back into town with our spoils. But we can go over all our plans in the morning. I don’t think I’m in a clear enough state of mind right now.”
"That's a very good point. We'll talk about this in the morning, once we've gotten some good rest." He said as he was getting out of the chair.
