I really wonder where Caleb’s character would have been had Matt not introduced Essek or had Essek not been incredibly flirty with Caleb 😭😭😭

I heard that Liam said that he hadn’t really planned for Caleb to have a romance (I think this was in reference to people wanting Widomauk to be canon) and that he wanted to focus on his arc, but I wonder when this attitude changed. Like when exactly Liam had decided to romance Essek when his initial plan was for there to be no romance at all 🙂‍↕️ very wondrous indeed

ill lose it if essek is taller than 165cm you cannot convince me a man who invented a special floating spell to hover a few cm off the ground and wear absurdly long mantle didn’t do it bc he was insecure about being short even for a drow and his baby brother outgrew him too fast

Another user on here (their user was scrumptiousphantombear when i saw this post a while back, but i think they changed it over the last few months so im not sure if i can properly credit them on this </3 ) compared these two frames and it actually looks like Essek might be taller, unless its just the way the perspective is for the Caleb-Trent scene (the second image is to show that Essek isnt floating) so unfortunately, no big height difference between Shadowgast like many people had hoped lmao

Fjord, Beau, and Caleb are all siblings with Caleb as the oldest, Fjord as the middle child, and Beau is the youngest and is both of their favorites because I said so!!!

Ironically, all three of them at one point had feelings for Jester. Must be them sibling genes
