"All right. C’mon, help me clear out the living room." It was an unspoken rule. If you’re going to watch Labyrinth, you move the coffee table, the endtables, and any books, art supplies, kite parts, minor experiments or other paraphernalia that might have accumulated. Sometimes he made a show of grumbling about it, but this time it came as enough of a relief that, if he could’ve, he would have skipped.

Instead, he hummed, quite unwittingly harmonising with himself.

Ash grinned and darted over to set the dvd on the player, and hurried to clear anything that was in the way. For the most part, Labyrinth did not invoke reactions that made this necessary, however, during Magic Dance, Ash was prone to such levels of goofy and wild dancing that their tiny living room needed to be clear lest something become damaged.

She trotted to her room with an armload of the pretty cloth she'd been working with, while Mai shifted the end table. When she got back, she plopped down onto the couch and wiggled her feet excitedly. "Come on, Apa, come on! Put the movie in!"

#according to all the reviews i've seen she pretty much stole this movie with her performance #which is impressive given who she stole it from #granted all the reviews i've seen were in the naomie harris tag so they're probably not an accurate overview of greater opinion #fffff just lookit my faceclaim #isn't she amazing #this part was so stressful for her #getting into winnie mendela's head really played with her own #she said in an interview that it really did a number on her #and that if not for idris elba's support she wouldn't have been able to do it #and that she isn't sure she'd do it again if #given the option #but that it was important to do it #i love this woman so much #faceclaim

It's probably my writing funk to be honest, but suddenly things on my dash that I normally just scoff or casually disagree with before carrying on with my scrolling are really annoying me and the fact that I'm so annoyed by these completely unimportant things annoys me more, which makes me more prone to being annoyed by things that aren't that annoying. Ugh. Stupid positive feedback loops.
