I hate you for what you did / And I miss you like a little kid - Harrow hated that Gideon sacrificed herself but will spend her whole life mourning her and wanting her back

I faked it every time, but that's alright / I can hardly feel anything, I hardly feel anything at all - Harrow spent her life pretending to hate Gideon, all that false resentment fades after her death in the wake of her grief

Fell on hard times a year ago Was hoping you would let it go and you did - Harrow puppeting her parents around at the ninth tomb; Gideon letting it go because she feels guilty about their death

I have emotional motion sickness / Somebody roll the windows down - Given her childhood, Harrow’s instinct is to turn away from love; she never fully expresses her feelings to Gideon

There are no words in the English language / I could scream to drown you out - Harrow can never fully erase Gideon, and her remembering her is inexorable. Gideon will always be a part of her.

I'm on the outside lookin' through / You're throwing rocks around your room / And while you're bleeding on your back in the glass / I'll be glad that I made it out / And sorry that it all went down like it did - Represents the early stages of Gtg and when Harrow uses Gideon to fight the shadow monster, before she comes close to losing her and realizes how much Gideon really mean to her.

You said when you met me you were bored / You said when you met me you were bored - Harrow spent her entire life watching Gideon try to leave her and the Ninth house, over and over again. How could she ever believe Gideon loves her when all Gideon ever wanted was to escape her?
