E.H. Shepard is a children book illustrator who is known for his works in Winnie the Pooh. With his use of ink and watercolor, I am fascinated by how lively he brings his characters to life.

Based on the recent 2022 Oscar Awards, I wanted to shout out the best short animated film for 2022. The film was truly beautiful, filled with captivating illustrations done with the use of ink and water color. Congrats to The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse!

Lorelay Bove was an artist I discovered when I came across Disney's Legacy Soundtrack Albums. From that point on, I immediately fell in love with her art. Based on her art, it reminded me of Mary Blair's artistic styles, such as creating a dreamy effect to bring a fairy tale come to life.

Studio Ghibli is one of my favorite animation studios. In 2015, Studio Ponoc was established as Studio Ghibli was in hiatus. That being said, Mary and the Witch's Flower was Ponoc's first feature film produced.

Over the weekend, I watched Studio Ponoc's very first animated film, Mary and the Witch's Flower. Overall, the film was amazing, and it had a very similar animation and art style to Studio Ghibli.

Mary Blair is another one of my favorite artists who inspire me and has changed the animation industry by introducing modernism. Some of my favorite works include Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Lady and the Tramp and Peter Pan.
