Ai's Instagram post reads in Chinese, "Today I got my passport". The fresh flowers Ai daily places in the bike basket outside of his studio was an act of protest against the Chinese government - something he vowed to do until he regained the right to travel freely again. #aiweiwei #passport #politicalactivism
