If Banban were to stay in a hellish state for too long, it could lead to thickened GV and GV clots, ultimately leading to an unavoidable heart attack/ death !!!

And it makes his final hellish form worse since he became hellish to a point of no return due to his feelings of betrayal against Syringeon, and would’ve ultimately died had he not fallen into the vat with Flumbo :)

They're fine, this would have been during when the cases fought back against the staff (before the current events of the game) and bad times where happening all around. Tops was just unfortunately at the wrong time and, Hellish Banban, in his feral haze, ended up attacking them. It wasn't personal but him not remembering them due to the brainwashing and being in his feral hellish state led to him going off of the scent and hunger for blood alone. Topsy survived this, somehow (with Syringeon's help, see he can be a good doctor, sometimes lol) and this is how they gain the human eye and stitches.
