I love Ortega’s writing so much- she has such a unique thing to where you can just tell it’s hers!! It’s amazing really, but with that being said, I miss her Witney fics soo much, I don’t ship branjie so it’s been hard not seeing her on my feed lmao.

branjie fics tend to be similar because unlike most fanfics in this fandom, we get the privilege of working with canon. because of this, newer authors (with counts for most) tend to use this canon more often creating similar fics. if you relaxed your arsehole long enough to fucking read them, you might realise they all have their own merits. if you think there's a hole in the fandom - goddamn fill it.

But it's YOUR problem. It aint fuckin global warming. It is YOUR problem with Branjie fics. Again, if you have a problem with how people write Branjie fics...write your own.

know how back when fpr was good raja and raven would get annoyed when they saw a queen wearing the same silhouette every week? that’s how i feel about pretty much every branjie fic. they’re all so boring and formulaic and the details may be slightly different but they all end up the same way and it’s frustrating as fuck.

Idk why people like to defend purecamp that much tbh. Like she's this smol innocent bean free from any criticism.
