With some brief consideration the beast and his mistress have concluded that their newest addition, stragglers that they might be, weren’t anything to fear.

They haven’t upset the two hellions yet, which is good, and they really shouldn’t divert from it being any other way. …but Ide’s excitement is ticking away, and with his patience wearing thin it’s proving more difficult

to contain simple things like, acting out.

If anyone ought to have a premonition for this, it’s their peacemaker. She holds a greater understanding and compassion than anyone here, no matter how simple and unsurprising her morals.

They’re gathered, but they’re not all of the same mind. From the distinguished blonde dragging the trains of her dress with her, to the girl bored to death by the both of them, least by him he hopes. 

          And then the creature speaks to her. It was intelligent, able to hold a conversation and that was what she had found surprising. But he did not sound..scary? Or perhaps she was just fearless. ❝ I see, ❞ words spills from her mouth before she has a chance to process what exactly is going on now. ❝ Ah..well. I will have no problem tolerating anyone here. You all seem very lovely, in your own individual way. ❞ She's always been able to get along with most people that she's come across.

          Then came the strange introduction given by the blonde atop of the creature's shoulders. It was weird, no one would usually introduce themselves in such a manner, but she would humor them and listen..because that is what one is supposed to do, no? And then her benefactor climbs the creature now, almost knocking that girl off in the process. Asseylum can only gasp in surprise as she looks at the sight before her. That man..would surely fall if he kept it up and it worried her, she didn't want to have someone hurt already.

          ❝ You should come down from there! It is not safe in the slightest! And I'm not sure the creature..likes it so much, you would not want to anger it now..would you? ❞ It's too early to cause trouble and she'd rather not face any right away. She'd do her best to play mediator between the four of them. It'd be hard, but she'd try her best. 

It’s clear to show on his face he doesn’t care. Ide’s mind’s elsewhere, like. What it would take to get it to stoop down and pet it, and what she did to it to sucker that beast into her stylish ride here. All in all, this pumped out glamor, aggression and just plain prospects of messed up surrounding them raise flags making it obvious that they should be allies.

He checks his wrist to verify what she’s spouting about, turning it forearm visible towards her. "This what you’re talking about?” 

   What’d a girl like her want out of this? She seemed like she had everything. She looked uncomfortable, “just like the “…rest of us,” Ide mumbles, realizing it’s not just them.

He stands, mind dismissed as this white blossom comes stumbling out of a nook a distance away from them. It’s great they spotted him, with a getup like that he wanted in. But how did they miss her?

  As they get within trampling range he holds up authoritative open palm in the beast’s face, like it wasn’t about to stomp him out. They wouldn’t if they were recruiting, but just to get it to halt. Ringing out clearly is this one idea he found somebody that can’t be alone.

"Wait a sec." Ide mentions distractedly, skirting around them to make a straight line for the girl. ”Exc, excuse me. I need you to come with us. 

We need another to make it even,” and he just can’t see her get let go.

          A strange sensation could be felt around her wrist and upon closer inspection, there was a symbol of sorts placed around it. It was unusual and she was quite sure that it was not there when she was back..well, home. But aside from that, she feels a mix of emotions overcome her and she's not quite sure what to think other than utter confusion. A sigh escapes her, this was going to be a ride.

          With nothing in mind, she decides that she must find someone to help her, someone who could tell her what exactly is going on or even help her through this. Allies would be fine, as she had no idea what she was doing otherwise. So there she walks, hands moving to lift the ruffles of her dress so that it doesn't drag behind her and in the distance she can see two people and..a creature. But one of the people seemed to be riding on that creature. How it was possible, she did not know, but she slowly shuffled closer to the three of them, hair flowing behind her as she moved.

          And then one of them decided to approach her and ask for her to come with them. Well, she didn't see why she couldn't. ❝ I'm not quite sure as to what is happening...but if you are asking for me to accompany your party, well..I have no reason to refuse, ❞

          Hands clasp together now as she speaks, ❝ Would the other two be fine with me? ❞ She'd not want to trouble others if she could avoid it, ❝ And do you also..have this strange swirling symbol around your wrist? ❞

「 Ok. Alright. Alright. He wasn’t going to lose to a girl, no matter how nervous he was. He’s apparently not as prepared as she is, though, and freezes up once she’s close enough. Congratulations, he’s completely red by the time it snaps, and quickly moving back as soon as it does.」

Uh, alright….Like this?

「 Right. Right. He could do it. He could do this. That’s what he tries to tell himself as he slowly leans in and bites the other end. 」 

…Wait.

Sure, he wasn’t exactly fond of it, and he was also left with no money and no caretaker, but he could definitely survive on his own! No problem. Heck, he’d even gotten an apartment to himself for the most part…until his roommates decided to show, but that was a later situation. For now, he could hang out alone, without nagging adults, and there was even a tv. This was going to be great.

At least, that was what he thought, until a knock at the door broke through his self-sufficient illusion. A female one, too. Pushing himself up, the teen makes his way to the door and opens it only to blink at the woman on the other side. 」

You just got here, and you already got locked out?

          Slowly, she looks up at him now, mustering up whatever she could of a smile. ❝ Ah, but it's in the past I suppose. I truly am sorry, of course. ❞ But how could she make up the disturbance to himself, ah. She has just the idea. ❝ I am Seylum. ❞

          ❝ Although we have met awkwardly, I'd like to not let it stay that way. I'd like to treat you to a meal! Anything you want, really. I will pay for it. ❞
