I hate hate hate that by the time we get human gideon, zari is out of the show because it means we did not get as much of them as I would've liked, but I think that while Gideon cared about all of the legends, Zari is one of her favorites and you cannot convince me otherwise. And I don't think she's necessarily into Zari romantically but I do think she has some complicated feelings to sort through about her (and I think that when Zari leaves the ship to save Behrad, we should've gotten to see Gideon's grief somehow too, idk. I just think she'd feel a lot about it.) And I definitely think Zari's into Gideon in a very unique and complicated way. She thinks Gideon's hot when she sees her in a human form during that one episode and she's always the one doing the repairs and you know what? i think Gideon and Zari were flirting when Zari was alone in the engine room.

the thing about qpr terrificdramirez is that they've all had really shitty moments in their romantic lives. paul left curtis for all the lies curtis told while hiding being mr terrific, everything dinah went through with vincent/vigilante, and rene fearing that his wife might overdose just to watch her die at the hands of her dealer. they're all just very heartbroken people. they become such a strong unit as a platonic trio especially when they're doing their own vigilante work separate from team arrow, but even before then they've bonded over always being in oliver's shadow, never quite good enough as oliver's first allies, at least not in oliver's eyes or not normally to the extent oliver would be comfortable saying casually. qpr terrificdramirez is real and it's called s6

I think Kara and Lena are both so so so arospec, and I think that they care about each other soooo deeply and strongly, but I don't think it's romantic and I don't think it's entirely platonic. I think they don't find a word for it for a while because it's just not something that they know is an option, but they're sooo queerplatonic. I think it'd be so funny to have other characters think they're dating romantically, and think it's something they maybe even consider themselves, but I think overall they'd realize that they land most comfortably someone in the in between. They're partners, they love each other so much and depend on each other and have such deep care for each other, and it's friendship and it's love in their own way and I think when they both found out about aromanticism and qprs, it would set them free <33

the easy way in which kara let lena date her ex james, not even awkward at all. the constant emphasis on friendship and blurred lines (literally NAMING a supercorp-focused episode "blurred lines"). kara and lena are both james' romantic ex, but he has stable friendships with them afterwards. james and lena are both some of kara's best friends. lena struggles with trying to protect both kara and james, sometimes in ways that put the other at risk. kara telling james they're "best as friends" and kara considers lena her bestest friend. lena bought catco for kara and helped james after he was outed as guardian. the first thing lena/kara do when james gets rushed to the hospital is hug EACH OTHER and comfort EACH OTHER while they wait for news on his health. the qpr ot3 of the century
