I’ve had this blog for a long time, but I’ve decided that I’m giving my roleplay blogs a long break. I don’t know when ( or if ever) I’ll be back, but don’t be expecting activity from me anytime soon. I’m sorry for suddenly leaving like this ^^ but I need to to this. I’m doing this for me. Tumblr has only been a source of stress for me for a long time and I want to focus on being happy and taking care of myself.

Don’t panic! I’m not disappearing for good. If you want to talk, message me and I’ll still give you a response. I just won’t be roleplaying on these blogs anymore. If you still want to rp or just talk, you can message me on my main blog @requiemforapasta​ or I can give you my skype :)

‘Where have I seen him before?’

Armin stared ahead at the other for several moments as he repeated the name over and over in his head. The name certainly didn’t sound familiar in the slightest… but it did fit the other’s face.

“Sasha… Sasha…” Armin mumbled uncertainly, a hand on his chin as he dug around his brain just a bit more. “…I feel like I should say yes! But I can’t say it rings a bell. I’m sorry.”

Beep~Beeep~BEEEEP!!! The sound of an alarm clock. Pillows were thrown in the clock’s direction, causing it to be knocked off the nighstand before being shut off.

“URGH! Dumb noise maker!” Alfonse growled. He sat up and realized it was 8 AM. He and Armin were supposed to leave for school in 10 minutes. He sprinted out of bed and went downstairs. To his surprise, Armin was all ready dressed and finished eating breakfast.

If you have an issue with something your partner is doing.

Talk to them.

If you’re unsure about something.

Talk to them.

If you aren’t feeling a ship but they’re still excited about it.

Talk to them.

I cannot tell you how many times a relationship with a writing partner has gone downhill all because they would not talk to me about something. Blocking with no explanation, blocking because you don’t like what the other person said (not harassment, you just don’t like what they said), blocking because you’re angry is not the correct way to handle these situations. Some people will take that blocking very negatively, especially if you don’t talk it through, offer any explanation or give any indication as to what drove you to that to start with.

You could trigger a panic attack, cause someone to suffer a relapse or even drop back into self harm because they don’t know what they did wrong. 

This is not how you handle these things, this is not how you treat other people. There needs to be ample and even communication on both sides. If you are angry, upset or anything like that then step away for a bit. Go do something to calm down and THEN come back and talk to them.

A majority of drama on this site is caused directly from lack of communication or misunderstanding.

If you want to respect your partners then you need to take the time to LISTEN to them. You need to have the ability to be patient and try to see what they’re saying. If it turns to harassment then, yes, block them by all means. If not, then you need to try and listen.

And that’s funny because I came to this particular side of this ridiculous site for that very reason - To make friends.

Bottom line, don’t block your partners without talking it out first. I don’t give a fuck if you have anxiety and you don’t like confrontation - Anxiety or a fear of communication does NOT give you a free pass to block your partners when you think they’re not looking, it only makes you a selfish fuck and it WILL hurt someone down the road.

Feeling the stranger’s grip from behind him caused him to quickly come to a stop, glancing back at the individual over his shoulder somewhat hesitantly. Normally he wouldn’t be too pleased with the less than graceful way of grabbing his attention, but with no where he had to be all too quickly, he didn’t make a big deal out of nothing.

People who are unable to abandon anything, will fail to bring about any change. If it’s required to overcome monsters, one must toss aside their humanity.
