So here lady hug deduces that her signing her name leads to Adrien finding out about her identity

What she assumes happened is once Adrien found out there was a chain reaction where he told a one person and it made it way to Chat Noir and that's how he knew

1. Emilie is the perfectly (seemingly) good mother they want us to think she is and will file for divorce the second she wakes up and finds out what Gabriel’s done to make it happen.

2. Emilie is on the evil side until she finds out everything Gabriel’s done to her son and then she’ll send him to the trash. Like she’s down for everything else but him hurting their son crossed the fucking line.
