It's my 150th visit to the McKinnon Hotel. And I was so excited to see this perfect taxidermist.
James put me on the fourth floor. With a little anticipation, I went to Mr. Bargarranās window and looked inside, surprised to see a familiar figure playing with the potted plants. Hooray! This is my favorite actor of late.
It has been a while since I've seen him in this role. The empty high street was like a dream, and AFO and ADE, the children who grew up here, never really grew up. They did some bad things as usual. Then luckily, I was picked up by him into the TRANS. I noticed that he lit up the ceiling with a flashlight at the very beginning. Thereās a huge net on it, a sign of the omnipresent destiny. It's something I've never seen before, ācause no one else has ever shown me the ceiling before.
When he put on the stocking, he knew that the enormous net overhead was hanging over him all the time. The fatalism he told the ghost had always controlled his own life. He didn't give the ghost a choice neither: I get the white, you get the black. "You don't really have a choice. " .
An interesting detail is that he took a look at the hand of the chosen ghost and the bird's claw painted in his notebook, which looked like he's trying to confirm something before taking him/her into his 1on1. After that, he checked the claw again, and imitated it with his left hand, used the right index finger to simulate the angle of the cone to drill the left hand. With such a small gesture, it was easy to find out what his career was.
When he opened the specimen box and pulled out two dead branches, I saw tears in his eyes. He was probably the only taxidermist who would shed tears for the endless round of dead life before he went to Duncan's grave.
At the small cemeterya, he glimpsed Agnes fading away from the Garden, then turned his head against the wall and covered his chest... After so many loops spent on the taxidermist, I finally realized that his feelings for Agnes might not be the affection we always thought he had. Maybe itās the more greater, unspeakable pity for the doomed tragic girl. That makes perfect sense, and itās really moving. Sleep no more is not about fantasy, itās about humanity...
After that, he got back his place, put all his hope on the pendant to keep another doomed woman, Mrs Macduff, safe.
In the bear sewing section, he was right to send love. Not only made it wave to the ghosts and coverd its' eyes, but also held it to dance, one hand to shoulder, one hand cross, softly, gently... awwwww too loving! ! And he kissed itsā nose at the second loop, leaned his back against the table and placed it on his shoulder to face the ghosts, bent over his shoulder to make the bear looked really cute. And then he turned itsā head to look at him, then stood up and danced. After the scene of Dragon Boat, he carried it downstairs and opened the macduff's door, the bear looked inside first and made a startling sound... itās living!ā¤ļø
That was so perfect, and suddenly reminded me that there's another character downstairs who payed much attention to the bear. I love him so. For a moment, these two characters were strikingly similar that made me cry... ah, I'd love to see him as Porter...
One more thing really moved me was: Agnes always left a few seeds in a note at Malcolmās Detective Office. Ever since the show was revised, it almost lost its' meaning. But he still kicked them into his pants pocket, and in the next loop he saw Agnes, he went back to the herbarium and buried them... OMG! ! Do not give up any details and put them in the right place, isn't that a big deal?
"To be thus is nothing, To be always thus. " With this line, this is the best taxidermist Iāve ever seen. And his name is Wang Mingchao, great actor and dancer in sleep no more shanghai.
