Christmas is behind the corner. Wrapping paper flying around the house. Decoration all over the place. It’s almost time... Close, but not yet...

“Home alone today and was thinking a lot by myself sitting on the kitchen floor when dinner was almost ready.”

I am responsible for me, for my thoughts, actions and reactions. If I find myslef in a situation where I feel out of control, I will bring my attention back to my breath and feel myself calming recentring.

After a lovely weekend away from home it’s time to go back! Home sweet home. 

Went on a weekend to Gent. It was already night and rain began to fall. You could here the rain fall in the quiet night. Let’s just sit quietly and listen to what it has to say...

*dream starts* I am standing in a dark room with a light in the distance that seems to be the only light source. The light source seems to be moving away and the darkness is moving in. I’m not sure what the darkness holds but I have a feeling I dont want to find out. I started running as fast as I can, but I couldn't keep up the light keeps getting smaller and smaller. The darkness surrounds me it starts to get cold and I feel something brush the back of my neck...

Find me in whispers. I will not be hidden. Find me in silence. For my message can not hide. Quiet, but not forgotten. Find me and you’ll find the secret in your heart.

Consistency allows us to more effectively make decisions and process information. 

Went out to get some fresh air at night. Didn’t go out much these days. Always behind my desk working for school or deciding what to do next. Never wondered to go out. This day I just wanted to get up and talk a walk.
