I'm afraid I still don't know how to reply to the "Hello how are you?" greeting because 80% of the time when I reply "Good, how are you?" they completely ignore the question. If you're just using "how are you?" as a sort of "hello" then why not just say hello????? I feel rude if I just ignore the question and don't ask them in return but it seems like that's what's expected?

I am once again reminding everyone that you can be proud of your fitness journey or your progress or whatever without making disparaging comments about how you used to look, and therefore everyone who still looks like the body you're criticising.
