There is nothing wrong with feeling these feelings. You do not need to be happy all of the time, but you do deserve to be happy. So when you feel yourself fading, donât. Feel the ache in your chest and let it be a reminder that you are alive, and you still have the ability to feel. You may be feeling pain or grief or sadness right now, but soon you will be able to feel joy and bliss and happiness again. Soon, that emptiness youâre feeling deep in your soul will be gone, replaced with so much love. Please know that this is possible for you.
