Archer County Community

So I live by the dog park and I take my puppy out to hang out there pretty often. Ever since they closed that old school, though, everytime I go there I feel like I'm being watched. When I try looking for somebody, the only place I can see that they could be without me having seen them is that school. Does anybody know if they've been working on it? Or if somebody's been sneaking around it? From my understanding, it's completely shut down, but maybe they're using it after all? Any answers are appreciated.
