*hugs Med’an tighter at that, at this point unable to hold back his tears, though he keeps trying to assure Med’an* We can find some way to make it all ok, I’m sure we can. It might take some work, but we’ll all think of something. We can sort this out, really, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure we don’t lose him.

*wraps his arms around Med’an, though his hugs more desperate than anything at this point, just not knowing what to do* It’s ok he’s ok Med’an you tried your best, the situations under control it’s… it’s… *has to stop there, actually blinking back tears as he looks over to where Liam is now contained, his voice failing him*

*he glances over too, breathing a slight sigh of relief as he watches Mia weave a gentle spell to make Liam sleep and exchange words he’s too far away to hear with Tyrande. He nods to himself in some little gesture of assurance* ….Tyrande will know what to do, she… she helped him through this before. She can help him, he always said if something happened to get her to help. *he sighs again, shaking* …Liam’s going to be so sad when he… when he’s back.

*nods as well, but doesn’t make any move to let go of Med’an, as though he’s scared somethings going to happen to him next* Yeah, but he’s got people to help him. He’s got us, we can be there for him through this, it’s... it’s going to be alright Med’an. I promise. We’ll all get through this.

*had been quite merrily going around the party with Med’an and Arator when he suddenly stops in his tracks, looking pained. Mere seconds later a huge eruption of void energy surrounds him, shattering windows for miles and knocking nearby partygoers to their feet. Utterly void-addled, he shifts immediately into his worgen form and roars* 

*is shocked but instantly springs into action, calling on the Light to hold Liam in place before he can leap away. He focuses, beginning the spellwork to properly subdue him– when a sudden, sharp pain in his head shatters his concentration, and he falls to his knees, winded and gasping. The spellwork fails, and Liam is unrestrained* 

*is luckily in the area and runs over, shouting the incantations to lock Liam within a runic prison, thankfully before he manages to actually kill anyone, though several patrons have some rather nasty cuts now. She wipes sweat from her brow, pale and shaking* …Why. Why again? My poor boy… *tears well up in her eyes, and Genn comes to comfort her, looking similarly distressed* 

*is just stunned by everything, taking a moment to understand what just happened. He eventually gets to his feet, shaking too, and covers his mouth with his hand as he backs away in overwhelming shame and guilt at having messed up, and failing Liam* 

*was completely stunned at how quickly everything happened to really do much to help in subduing Liam, unable to even take his eyes off the scene for a good few moments in just sheer horror at how fast things changed, but is over at Med’an’s side instantly as soon as he comes to his senses, but doesn’t really know what to do to help due to his own sheer shock, and just reaches out to Med’an, half to give comfort, but half really needing it himself now* ...Med’an, it’s... *pauses as he’s about to say “alright” automatically, because right now, nothing is*

Well I have to say it was good to see him actually astounded by your sheer skill, you really are amazing Med’an! *he turns and smiles at Liam too* And you’re really good too! You’re both definitely better than I could be at all this!

Hey, don’t put yourself down like that, Arator! *he puts a hand on his shoulder* You’ve just not had as much practice as me or Med'an yet– but that’s easy to change! I’m sure you’d be amazing once you got a good grounding.

*had been cheering on Med’an and Liam during their respective turns on the dance mat, and comes over to Med’an when he’s finished, smiling widely* Wow Med’an, that was amazing! I mean I know you’re a fantastic dancer, but just… wow! Can you maybe uh, teach me how to dance like that? I’m not that good myself actually.

*smiles and blushes a little at the compliments* Oh, thanks Arator! And yeah, I could try to teach you a bit! I don’t really know how good I’d be at that, but we can try! 

Thank you Med’an! *lowers his voice a little, so he can’t really be overheard* Uh, I don’t think you would have noticed, but when you finished dancing your dad looked really shocked! I think he was actually impressed by what you did, I mean as he rightfully should be, but yeah! It was actually a bit funny to see him so shocked like that!

*turns up on time, and has brought with him a bowl of what looks like homemade potato salad, which he holds out to Mia, smiles but still looking a bit nervous* Hello Queen Greymane! Thank you for inviting me, I’ve uh, well I’m sorry it’s not much, but I made this potato salad for the party since I didn’t really want to come empty handed! I haven’t really made this before, but I followed a recipe perfectly, so hopefully it tastes nice enough!

Oh, well I’m ok with that, uh, as long as she doesn’t suffocate me to death or something! That would uh, be not too much fun. But I do like your mum, so it’s nice to know she likes me too!
