to my biology partner: nobody hates you because you're autistic. people dont like you because your lack of hygiene is aggressive (seriously man, i don't want your dandruff in my log book, and please stay 1 metre before you open your mouth), the fact that you show no initiative to the point where it feels like i'm your mom more than your partner, and your weaponised incompetence (what the fuck do you mean you're bad at measuring so i should just do it instead)...like this was supposed to be a joint experiment but i've genuinely been doing everything (hypothesis, choosing the method, creating the risk assessment, doing the research, doing the experiment) and for what...for you to just copy down my work???? and it's like i try and ask him do do stuff too but it's like...why do i have to hold your hand this entire time. i'm not your mom. you're 18. this "i can't (won't) do this work so i'll just bum around" mentality is crazy to have at this age.
