One day she fell in love with Jeanne Aphrodite Augustine, one of the Orleans Duke's daughters who is a very rich aristocrat. I still have to choose how they met (because it would be hard for a noble like her to randomly see her) but I am sure that even though Jeanne Aphrodite is a lesbian, she doesn't love Agathe. Not because she is poor — Jeanne Aphrodite is a very open‐minded woman as strange as it is for the situation — simply because she sees her as an acquaintance.
