By all accounts, Dean should be preparing to throw the child off a roof, Odysseus style, especially knowing what he came from, what he was going to become. However, when faced with the tiny infant wiggling in Sam’s arms, he just, couldn’t do it.   Basically a S13 rewrite in which Jack does not come out of the womb a fully formed adult male, but rather, an actual baby.
