Izuku was put into the system by his bio mum. The caretakers were nice and found him a foster home, but not a good one. He gets assigned to the Midoriya Family. Midoriya Hisashi is with Inko and is abusive, Inko ignores Izuku in fear that she's next. Hisashi drinks and smokes, sometimes Izuku will steal a pack or two to take with him on his vigilante patrols. Izuku has tried drinking once, but got caught by Hisashi.
