Bitterness that bites; joyless plights

Sharp edges weathered and round

The time that flies as days go by

Bleak frustrations exit chapped lips

Eating away at the cause; the clause

Life and death are reluctant lovers

Like incessant beating behind the ribs

Omniscience is the pride of none

Gouged out eyes and cut out tongues

You cannot hide and I cannot run

Losing a battle that cannot be won

What will remain when all is gone

The question lies within the enlightened

The answer the unwise; desensitized

Infiltration of the mind body and soul

Erase the sun or I will bleed,

The curse of man until I am freed,
