Not really. Our backs are very strong. We have feeling in our shells but it's definitely more dulled than in our scales.

I did have a "second best dad" mug that was forcibly traded for the "first best dad" mug after Splinter dropped the 'second best' mug.

Theirs are worse so they can't get onto me. Also our spines aren't as easily swayed by bad posture, considering they are fused to our shells.

I do, yeah. Not the same as you, probably. But yeah, I recommend it. Even just a walk is nice. Gets you out of your space and lets you get some fresh air.
