I just had an insane revelation. I was watching a video about how Patrick Bateman is gay and it said he also had a crush on Paul Allen.
After Allen insults Bateman at Texarkana thinking he's someone else, he is taken to an apartment where Patrick finally snaps and whacks buddy boy with an axe.
Y'know what that reminds me of?
In Yandere Simulator, Ayano Aishi can be caught doing shady shit by her Senpai. In response, she snaps in a similar manner and says the infamous "if I can't have you, nobody can." And has the option to kill Taro.
