Share your teas with the gods. Sit and talk with them as you enjoy this peaceful moment with them.

An act of devotion. Read for Athena. Sing for Apollo. Devote your dinner for Hestia. Drink a glass of wine for Dionysos. Craft in the name of Hephaestus!

Wear colours associated with the deities. Wear pink for Eros, purple for Dionysos, blue for Zeus.

Offer jewelry and wear it in devotion.

Write poetry, or any other form of creative writing.

Practice hymns and memorize epithets.

Perhaps a more unoriginal thought, but make a playlist! Rock and roll for Ares, classical for Apollo, or love songs for Aphrodite and Eros!

Amuse them by playing video games in their presence. I find modern concepts such as this often entertains them.

Start blogging about them! They would appreciate that.

This is something I just read recently, but offer your last bite of food to them!

Practice the pillar « Sophia » by learning more about the gods! In theoi.com we trust. Or, perhaps, a podcast on Hellenic polytheism!

Offer incense or light candles in their honour! If you’re closeted, you can just say it’s for meditation.

If you CAN do more, than that’s great, but if there’s only so much you find yourself capable of then the gods appreciate it ❤️

Don’t listen to the people who tell you that the gods don’t care about or love you. Don’t listen to the people who tell you an offering of water is not good enough. Don’t listen to the people who say it’s a requirement for show of devotion to have expensive items strewn across your altar. Don’t listen to people who tell you that you should have an altar even if you can’t. Don’t listen to people who suggest your disability makes you worthless to the gods because you can’t do what others can.
