Mashed potato is like, objectively the worst kind of potato, but it's still potato and therefore miles above anything else

true, raw potato is superior. but something squeezing and crushing them till they're pulp is also oddly satisfying. also, at least mashed potatoes don't bite back when you're eating them like the raw ones do.
