So I found #taro in the grocery store so I decided to try my hand at #poi making. Not as purple as I’m used to but this definitely has the taste and consistency of pa’i’ai! Imma let this ferment for a few days and then add water and see if it turns nice and sour! (at Sherman Oaks, California)
