No, there's nothing more about it that I could find. Here's her Instagram post (and here a tumblr post with it). She doesn't directly mentions Michael Sheen, which is complicated. people infer she's talking about him because that's what lines up, and I for example wouldn't know she was talking about him if people didn't tell me that was the case because I don't keep up with social media & celebrities lives. (not saying she isn't talking about him btw, just saying that the best guess is him, and I fully believe what she says she went trough ofc.)
I don't think my opinion matters because the facts are the facts and I'm just a guy, and I don't have (nor do I want to have) any influence over anyone. This blog sounds bigger than it truly is in fact 😂 but since you asked, here it is (I will put it under the cut bc there will be some personal stuff, but tldr; I'll keep in fandom, my vision on MS changed a little of course, and we should believe when people say they suffered)
You see, one of the reasons it took me a couple days to get around and read about this it was because something similar happened in my family. Not the same thing, of course, butclose enough that I get a little bit uncomfortable.
My dad wasn't narcissistic or anything but he really did make my mum suffer (and she also made him suffer, because in my case they were mutually bad to each other. but that's not too relevant here), so when I read something like what Kate said it's upsetting to me on a personal level, and seeing people compare that to what NG did also hurts. What Michael did is of course wrong, and of course abusive, but I don't think it's nearly the same thing. There's a reason why being a rapist takes people to prison but being a horrible partner doesn't. To me, it feels like when people put these two things in the same position it undermines the abuse that Gaiman's victims went through, in a way. (and I can be very wrong about this, because comparing sufferings is always not nice, and in the end both situations come from similar places; misogyny and seeing other people, specially women, as less than human).
I think what I'm trying to say is that I believe Michael Sheen was a horrible/abusive partner to her, and that just now after years os that she managed to understand that with her life experience (like she says in the post). that is something very common. often we only are able to comprehend what happened after we get distance from it. But that I also believe in these situations people can get better and learn, because that's what happened to my dad. And I know that is fucked up to say because it may sound that I'm minimising the suffering that Kate went through, but I swear, I'm not. Again: I believe what she says, and I cannot being to imagine how hurt she was during it all and what she feels now.
Of course my view on Michael changed when I read that, but it's not such big of a shift because I've never idolised him. I think this is a reminder to all of us to not do that. Celebrities are humans, and humans are capable of very fucked up shit. When all of that thing about NG came to the surface I decided to keep in fandom because it matters too much to me, but more than that, because I don't see how making fancreations and participating in it is giving him any support. In fact, I feel like I can manage to use it for good like I did offering my works on FTH. This doesn't change with Michael Sheen. And because of the whole situation in my family I don't think I'd feel bad about watching plays/movies/etc he is in? it's extremely weird for me to say this and I don't feel good saying it, but it is how I feel now (and it can change). the thing is that Michael Sheen being a horrible/abusive partner is not shattering in the way that the whole NG thing is for me. (and I guess that's sad in its own way, because it probably should be).
I don't want people to change their view on this based on me. Nor do I want anyone to model their actions after my choices. I think I made it abundantly clear that my feelings and views on this are muddy and unreliable. there's a high chance that in the near future all my thinking process will change, or that more things will come to the surface. I also can be very wrong about all this; im just human and as i type this i can already see a bunch of ways i can be wrong. anyways. this was rambling enough, and I don't think I was too clear, and I'm sorry for that.

You're forgetting that abuse victims can sometimes not realize for many years what they experienced was abuse. Or some form of it anyway. If it's something they're used to, and it's what's normal to them, they don't know to expect better.
I know this personally from being raised in an abusive home and then having my bf(later husband) point out things to me that weren't ok about how I was being treated and I had no clue. I was 23. I knew something was off, but had no words for it.
So all the good things about MS and KB's relationship could be true, but ALSO the things she's saying now could be true, it just took her a long time to process them.
I love MS but I refuse to suddenly give him the benefit of the doubt just because I don't want him to be guilty.
I'm going to listen very carefully and thoughtfully to KB and see what else she has to say--and I'm certainly not going to rush to try to prove that she's a liar.

How was he a "narcissist"? Michael acknowledged that they "were both very needy" when they got together, and the letting go was mutual. A couple matured from their 20s. Plus, he is a talented actor - which does require having an ego, but that does not equal being narcissistic.
How was he "absent" and "abandon" Lily? For going to work? For finding jobs in a different country because he could not get roles in America to provide for them, but still try to call everyday and be there at every important occasion?
How did he "smear" Kate, when he could have painted her a cheater and homewrecker as she left him for Len Wiseman and broke up Len's marriage with his wife Dana, but didn't and instead defended her honor?
Constant cheating, if it happened 30 years ago, it's terrible but isn't illegal (men in showbiz smh ☕️). Mur/d3r, stealing, stalking, SA are. Kate accused not only him, but also her friends and relatives and co-workers in her cryptic posts with mixed up allegations. We don't know which person did what exactly. Until direct name calling and convincing evidence of illegal practices appear, I'm not jumping on a hate bandwagon just because Michael Sheen is a famous man.
Context matters. False allegations can KILL. Presumptions of guilt is unethical and against human rights.
